Our built-in Sub-Zero was keeping the freezer fine but the upper fridge zone was sitting around 55. Turned out to be the dual-evaporator setup, exactly what the tech guessed on the phone. Brian had the sealed system diagnosed the first visit, ordered the part, and had us back to normal within the week. He didn't try to sell us a new unit like the last place did.
One of the dual-stack burners on our Wolf range would click and click but never light. He mentioned it's common up here because the burners need to be calibrated for the altitude, which no one had ever told us. Relit perfectly after and he adjusted the others while he was at it.
