Altitude is the difference nobody warns you about
Ken-Caryl sits around 5,350 feet, and Wolf gas burners and dual-fuel ovens behave differently up here than at the elevation they were bench-tuned for at the factory. Yellow-tipping flames, slow oven preheat, and soft ignition are often altitude and air-mixture issues rather than failed parts.
We check burner calibration, orifice sizing, and the oven's temperature offset as part of a proper Wolf diagnosis. The dry Front Range air also hardens door gaskets and dries out igniter components faster than in humid climates, so we inspect seals and sparking every visit.
